• 1 cup 1121 Steam Rice

• 3 cups water
• Salt (optional)
• 1 teaspoon oil or butter (optional)
 

Preparation:

Rinse 1121 Steam Rice 2-3 times under cold water to remove excess starch and ensure fluffiness.
2. Soak the Rice (Optional):
